As we are now racing more, there are more questions being raised about the rules. To help everybody, on the “useful links” there are links to the rules in both English and Spanish. I have also added a link to rthe Case Book. The Case Book gives examples of incidents during races, which go to protest, and the outcome of each “Case” can be regarded as absolutely correct. To help everybody I will also post Cases on the WhatsApp group from time to time.
